From a deeply personal experience with chiropractic care to a passion for helping others live pain-free, Dr. Katie Pepper has built her career around the belief that everyone deserves to feel their best. With a strong foundation as both a chiropractor and nurse, she brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to patient care, blending expertise with a compassionate touch. A graduate of McMaster University and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Her practice focuses on a variety of areas, including shoulder injuries, women's health, and wellness care. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based, patient-centred care, meaning each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual. Dr. Katie combines traditional chiropractic techniques with modern therapies like myofascial release, cupping, acupuncture, and rehabilitation exercises, creating a holistic experience that addresses the root cause of her patients' concerns. She's also skilled in low-force treatments like activator therapy, drop piece adjusting, and joint mobilization, ensuring comfort for all her patients. Dr. Jared Borosch
Chiropractor, DC, BSc(Kin)
Dr. Jared was born and raised in Kitchener and attended the University of Waterloo, graduating Dean’s Honours List and received a Bachelor of Science in Honours Kinesiology (Co-Op program) with a minor in Ergonomics and Injury Prevention. After working various ergonomic, health, safety and wellness jobs in the Waterloo Region, Dr. Jared attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In his final year at CMCC, he was awarded the DV Hoskins and Samual F. Sommacal award for clinical proficiency during his internship. He was also awarded the Donald Bramham award for achieving the second highest average in his class during 4th year. He additionally holds certifications in Integrated Dry Needling and Mental Health First Aid. Dr. Jared is excited to be back in Kitchener and to be serving the community he grew up in. Dr. Jared uses an evidence-based, patient-centred approach when treating. Using a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, modalities, integrated dry needling and exercise prescription, Dr. Jared treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions affecting everything from head to toe! He has a special interest in workplace and athletic injuries, healthy aging, and overall wellness. Dr. Jared stays active by going to the gym, doing yoga and playing a number of sports including hockey, golf, tennis and pickleball. When not at the clinic you can catch him working in the garden, manning the BBQ and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Karm Ranu

Dr. Karm’s passion for chiropractic care stems from her athletic background, love for kinesiology, and desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She began her academic journey at the University of Guelph where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, with a minor in Human Nutrition and Nutraceuticals. She then attended chiropractic college at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where she honed her skills in evidence-based, patient-centered care and completed a Masters degree in Sports Medicine. As licensed chiropractor, she holds additional certifications in integrated needling (acupuncture) and concussion care. Her treatment approach integrates classic chiropractic techniques with contemporary therapies such as myofascial release, cupping, acupuncture, and rehabilitative exercise, offering a comprehensive approach that targets the underlying cause of each patient’s concerns. She is also experienced in gentle, low-force techniques including activator therapy, drop-piece adjustments, and joint mobilization to ensure a comfortable experience for every patient. Outside the clinic, Karm enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing sports, or attending group classes like yoga. She also loves spending quality time with friends and family and unwinds by reading a good book.
